Campers need to wear shorts and t-shirt every day. Cleats are suggested, but tennis shoes are acceptable. A hat and sunscreen are also suggested. Water will be provided. The Camp will be at Heartland Middle School.

Release form I give my child permission to participate in the “Pirate Football Camp”. I give my child permission to participate in any drills or activities that are scheduled during the camp. I hereby release the “Pirate Football Camp” and any of its workers from any and all liability, injury sustained, damage to or loss of personal property arising directly or indirectly while enrolled in the camp.
